New member and new to Renault

Hi all My names Chris I am 28 years old from Merseyside I’ve recently got rid of my focus st3 and purchased a 57plate Renault Clio f1 I’m made up with the car even with its faults!! Previous owner must not have cleaned it much as it was a mess looked like it’s lived in a forest for a while but I’ve given it a good scrub and compound and polish and wax and it’s came back to life also gave the seat belts a good clean as they was rotten the cars on 80k miles needs some love but I’ll get there eventually I’m going to give it a service and do cambelt this week when I’m home and try to figure out why it’s pulling left and creaking on move off and stop(at slow speed) then try and enjoy the car

Cheers matey yeh it’s a lovely car made up with it miss the turbo power but what a excellent car to throw around I don’t plan on doing much to it really just get it up to scratch and use it every option I can

Hi bud remove the bolt from the bottom seatbelt hanger pull as much belt as possible out clamp the top with a peg or something similar then I just put a scoop of VANISH into warm water in a bucket left it to soak for half an hour then give it a small rub with a nail brush and dry off with a clean cloth
