N/S/F slight knock under braking

Hi guys,

This is possibly a well known or repeated question but I will ask anyway.

I have a very slight knock from the N/S/F of my car but only under braking while going downhill. I can not hear it while driving or when braking on a flat.

Any ideas, obviously without seeing the car it's difficult.

(Is on H&R springs and spacers)

Thanks guys!

It could literally be any of the joints bud. You need to get it to a garage and up in the air.

Well it could be ball joints, swivels, rotation links, drop links, track rods, track rod inners, the rack, the arb bushings, the wishbone bushes.

Literally anything. People will tell you what issues they’ve had with their cars, but it’s mostly pointless info for you. It needs looking at to save you buying parts aimlessly.

I assumed as much, just checking if it was a common issue. Thanks for your help though.
