My Axolotls

Thought if share for this into there aquatics fish efc or anyone that's interested

These are my axolotls ashu and roley I've had them now for about 3 months had a few issues to start with the tank set up not being right for them and sadly I had another axolotl remi which died due to catching a water based disease

But ashu lived through it although he was heavily infected but still he pulled through I then got roley who is one hell of a character tbh most axolotl are quite lazy but he just constantly has a play about so much so he has a ball to play with lol

And my set up, there's also a few cleaning scrimps and nails in the tank as there the only things axolotls can really be kept with.

Really weird animals, very cool though. Almost look embryonic with them being so translucent.

They are incredible creatures such a complex species I do love em lol

Nice pics.

Not really a fan of your tank, I think it's a bit 'novelty' rather than creating a natural based environment for them but they look class.

Water clarity is excellent.
