Starting to do a few little bits to the car as and when I can now, so thought I'd pull together a thread that I can keep updating as some of you have done 
After about 3 months searching for the right car, I finally found it and in June 09 it was mine with just over 5k on the clock. Some pics from the day I got it:
First thing I did was get rid of the orange indicators - in went some Osram Diadems along with some philips sidelights that came free with them:
A few weeks later I went along to a rolling road day and got the clio on the rollers. Came out at 190bhp which I was pleased with (I know all rollers are different etc etc... )
The next little mod was to change the aerial into something a little smaller. Found this on ebay for about 3 quid:
I then decided to make a little change to the interior, and got some cheap carbon vinyl off ebay. Looked ok to start with but I've recently begun to dislike it:
The next, slightly more 'major' change was to get a spoiler. I'd looked at a few and the cup one was a little OTT for my liking, so I went with K-Tecs version and had it sprayed and fitted at a local bodyshop:
In the meantime, I took the CLIO badge off the back, and got some of the Renault exhaust trims:
Stuck a footrest in thanks to c197mojo:
I also got a set of spare wing mirror covers courtesy of Steve (spinky) and sprayed them gloss black. They didn't come out perfect but will do till I can get them sorted:
