Monkeys stole my brakelight.

Hi Folks

My first post here - incredibly the title isn't a joke. Took my fiance to Longleat for a day out and she was desperate to go through the monkey enclosure. I suggested maybe we should come back in her car to do that but she insisted... Long story short, I'm now missing the bulb, mount and connector for my high-level brake light - I've found a replacement for £30 but I don't know what else is missing- it might sound stupid but I'm pretty new to working on my own car and I've never been under that cover before so do the cables (pictured below) run straight into the bulb housing or is another connector also missing? Bonus picture of the little bastard ripping the bloody thing out.

Any and all advice appreciated - this is not my finest hour!

Ace - thanks. Any idea where I might get one? I can find lots for the rear lights but not the eye level one.

Think your fiancé needs replacing

Try finding one from a breakers yard. The tailgate IIRC is the same as any mk3 Clio so should be plenty on available

Your problem will be convincing the breakers to cut the connector off I reckon. They’ll probably want to sell you an entire tailgate.
