Mate's Stag party approaching - Suggestions?

My mate's stag is incoming - beginning of November to be precise. The brief is a trip to London, go to a Burlesque show followed by some "speakeasy" style bars.

Now we just need some special details to make it a night to remember, but I want to avoid the ususal cliche of mankinis and other male nudity, tying him to a lamppost, shaving/veet eyebrows and the rest. Something genuinely funny.

All details will be kept secret from him trying to make it all a genuine surprise.

Some people may not like it or the idea but i found it quite funny...

A guy who works for my mum had a stag do a while back and so was telling the office about it. His mates hired him a dwarf who was dressed as an umpa lumpa for the day/evening and chained to him.

Cant remember any of the other details other than it was funny.

A quick google "rent a dwarf for stag do" brings up a few results.
