Thats dubai182 from CS he lives there, i remember when he first posted the video on CS years ago. I think it was his brother driving the RS4

....I'm suprised he didn't loose the back end....seems to be on and off the throttle quite sharp a few times.....is there no speed limit in Dubai? If you drove like that in the UK you would seriously be in the s**t if you got caught....
