Long term fuel trim +18!!!

Hi I've not long bought the wife a 2007 197 and I decided to just check the fuel trims as it is quite thirsty and I discovered that the ltft is sitting at +18% and the short term is all over the place anywhere from +20 to -20!
02 sensors are also working as they should.

I understand that it's a sign of a lean condition as in air leak or lack of fuel but I'm complete novice when it comes to 197's and thought I would ask the people in the know on here and see if you know of any possible common faults that could be causing this?
The only thing I've done is seal the map sensor to see if it helps with the kangerooing and touch wood it has been a slight improvement!

Bump for old thread. Any ideas for highish long term fuel trims in clio197?
What i can think of, too low fuel pressure, or vacuum leak.
