LED rear flashers problem

Just bought some of these off Ebay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/310331588709?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649

When we put them on - they flash properly for about 1 second and then go quick - front side and these all flashing fast together.

Should i have bought special CANBUS ones ?

I was guessing it was either a load problem or faulty LED lamp.

Any suggestions appreciated.

They flash fast but do look good

I'd be interested to hear what the problem is as I have been considering some, but I have heard mixed things about them, people having issues with them.

That's the exact reason why I avoid led indicator bulbs.

Buy these, http://www.autobulbsdirect.co.uk/581-PY21W-Silver-Indicator-bulbs.html?bulb_searh=c19136 and you'll have no issues (and they look better).

Its due to the extra resistance in the bulbs, you need to replace the flasher relay unit with a special one that allows them to flash properly. Autobulbs direct also sell these.

that will be because the "body ecu" is the "flasher unit"...

I think cornering lights require them to, I tried fitting LED lamps in there and had to add a resistor.

I'v had non canbus and canbus both flash to fast

You can't change the flasher relay according to Renault they said I'd have to put resistors on all four indicators!!!
