Hello I thought I would post this in the UK forums as you guys seem to have much more options than we do in Australia. I am after a LHD drivers sun visor and need help with colours and maybe sourcing.
So when my wife hops in the car with me she get perturbed when putting down the sun visor because she is staring at herself in the mirror. I guess it means she is not a vampire since she can see herself and while bias I think she is pretty good looking so I don't know why she is wigged out.
So I am wanting to find a LHD drivers mirror to swap with my current passenger mirror as the drivers visor has a slide cover over the mirror which the passengers doesn’t.
Also it seems quite hard to locate a LHD version. I would think given the limited countries that are RHD it should be an easy task to find a LHD one. Any suggestions for where to try would be appreciated.
My colour (and it seems every one I have ever seen in Australia) is a light grey like this one.....
Then there is one that looks like a light tan....
and lastly what looks like an off white....
Of course these could all be issues with online colour representation but does anyone know what colours were available and the factory names of the colours so I can tell the supplier what I am looking for.
Also there only seems to be used ones around no new so I guess I’m going to have to clean up any one I get like the light grey one above. What is everyone's experience do these ones from wreckers tend to clean up OK.
