Interior rattling

I'm trying to diagnose all the different squeaks and rattles from the cars interior. There's tons but the main culprits seem to be coming from the radio stalks on the driver's side(at certain rpms), somewhere in the boot area and from the driver's side recaro seat brackets. Any idea on where the noises might be coming from specifically? And easy fixes?

After putting in the PMS engine and transmission mounts on a street car, I can attest the rattles are everywhere :disrelieved:

I've noted the steer column cover, some stuff under the dash around the drivers side, and sometimes the upper seat belt mount / slider.

Yup solid mounts make sure to rattle everything.

I am hoping when the bits fall off it’s weight saving adds up

I think the rattling somehow knocked loose the drivers side door vapor guard - i hear like an aluminum rattling from my door now :censored:
