how to?

hi
is anyone know how to remove this ? can it be just pulled out or need to remove a bigger part to get thru ?
i want to replace just the button(window's) and its small circle cover( its been scratched as you can see)

It's very simple to remove the handle. There is a small slot at the bottom within which you insert a screwdriver and prise the handle away from the door card. If I recall correctly, the actual button and surrounding circle cover are one piece and can be removed.
