How to revive black trim between side windows

Has anybody had the black strip/trim between the side windows fade.

I used a wax over the whole car but it discolored those strips.

Any recommendations on how to revive these with an off-the-shelf product?
Really lets the rest of the car down.

believe it or not..... peanut butter! Check out this quick link i found online

personally havent tried it though.

Any normal bumper/trim restore should do it. I have the auto finesse stuff but i havent payed much attention to the B Pillar trim as im getting it re-wrapped with vinyl soon

B-Pillar trim - that's it. Thank you I could not remember the correct name!

Will give the auto finesse a go, thanks for the tip.

Not sure i'm confident in the peanut butter solution!

Wrap with vinyl. The standard matte textured stuff will never clean up right once it starts to weather. And you’ll pour good money on bad.....

i used a carbon fibre vinyl from ebay..half an hour job...
