Ok, a few people have asked about this and I have just done it so here we go.
Best start is to remove the bumper, this is a good thread.

I took the wheels off myself, just saved slashing my hands up on the
wheel arch.
Also taking the arch liner gives you some room to look where to mount
the balast if you want it hidden.
I stuck mine to the bottom of the lamp. You can cable tie them in the
engine bay,

Next remove the three bolts holding each light. The bolts are at 1
o'clock, 3 o'clock and 7 o'clock around the headlight unit. (Sorry no
pics.)
Make sure you don't yank the lights...there are three cables attached.
Carefully use a small flat head screwdriver to ease the clips off.
OK, hard bit done now to prep and fit the bulbs.
First you need to cut a 21-22mm hole in the rubber/plastic cap
covering the bulb, this is tomake way for the wires and rubber seal

I used a 20mm and filed down to where I need and revove sharp edges.

Finished cap

Pop the rubber seal with wires into your modified cover cap

Finished cap with bulb/wires

Next step for me was to modify the clip holding the bulb, cut it in
half as the back of my bulb was considerably thicker than OE

Connect up the wires as in (hopefully) included guide. Red to red,
black to red and black. Simples. If you need a hand, PM me and I'll
see what I can do

Install the bulb as you removed...only goes one way. Should be a
flattend end that sit next to a flat pin, you will see it straight
away.
Intall the modified pins as they were before.
Reverse the headlight/liner/bumper removal to finish.
So for the lack of pics...only realise I should have done this when it
was a bit too late
Hope this helps anyone!!!
P.S. Don't touch the bulbs!
