How hard is it to tackle a set of springs on 200 please

As above please I've just got back from service to find I need two new front springs but only live 30 mile from Tweeks so it's easier to go there and buy them and fingers crossed get them fitted tomorrow myself instead of waiting days for OE ones to arrive and wait to get fitted in garage.is there a good how to thread? Opted for the eibach pro-kit.

Rears are a simple job, front require spring compressor etc so not something you can readily do at home.

Yeah mate, was it a Nimbus 197?
If so it'll prob have been me, think I'm the only one up here that tracks it...can you post them up?
