So many people have done the timing belt change wrong I can provide the service manual instructions no problem. But get the genuine Clio timing tools they are about £150 from Renault parts direct they work with the forum you can sell them on when finished or do a deal with the Mechanic when finished.
There is videos of the job on the thread this guy in Netherlands had an engine problem we were trying to rule out the possibility it might have been the timing.
