help with tomtom carkit

yesterday i installed a tomtom carkit for iphone on a brodit proclip ,
looks greats , but i want to get rid of the cables

the aux cable goes in to the vent , no prob here

but, the usb charger ...

i wont it in the dash,

how do i connect the usb cable or tomtom adaptor in the dash ??

can i take current from the radio ???

please help me
