Help Front RS badge fallen through

Whilst cleaning my car I have somehow pushed the front RS badge through into the front bumper. I cannot see how to access behind the grill.
Would it be a bumper off jobby?

I did this. Put your arm up through the flat to change spot light lamps, there is a metal crash bar directly below where it sits in bumper. Mine fell there.

a you need a long arm, also your arm comes out looking like it's been attack by a cat
