"Fast Road" is just a term to me that means 'uprated from standard".

So stiffer springs, bigger brakes, pads with more bite / less fade, bushes with less movement compared to stock items etc etc etc.

Ideal for standard road conditions, pushing on a bit, or the odd track day / light'ish track-day useage.

If you push harder on Track and are much more serious, or do more track-days your then starting to look into more specialist 'race' type parts perhaps........

But as with uprating any of these parts - there's a lot of crossover. Research counts for alot !
