H&R spring rates for 200's?

Anybody know what the spring rate is for the h&r's compared to the cup springs?

Thinking of getting them because they look well. But what is the point if they perform worse?

I have the same thoughts.
Anyone who has information about both of them?
Are there several types of H&R regarding spring rates (exc. of the diameter (before and after 2010-07))?

I don't know the spring rates but I have fitted some to my 200 cup, they perform much better in that there is much less body roll and yaw. Rides firmer but not too much. Mrs didn't notice any difference lol

I agree with Tree, I have noticed that the car can bounce a little over a stretch of very uneven surfaces. Ride seems less crashy if you know what I mean.

I'm 100% sure (I can't provide you with a link I'm afraid) that H&Rs are a tad stiffer than the 200 cup ones (I don't remember the exact rates though). I read it somewhere in here from a guy who sent them to be measured. Hope that helps mate.

This has been asked before and iirc no one could get an answer from h&r or eibach on spring rates, guarding their secrets
