My qusestion is, anyone know where the cheapest place to get the above oil from?

if you just want cheap try a local motor factors or even halfords they should do a lower priced not so well known brand

i need at least 3 liters and aas i'll be using it for track i would like half desent ****, but surprised on how much it costs

It's 75-80 for the Megane box.

I use Motul from opie oils.

Your best not skimping on oils mate, especially if your going to be using it for trackdays. Can never do enough oil changes imo
