The upper grills? They just pull out with a bit of force, I think the bottom outer corners pull first (I think, can't quite remember)

It feels like the clips are going to break but they wont

Grab a microfibre cloth, wrap it around one finger and pull from the corner. As it comes out, use your other hand to pull it from the bottom

can be done without removing the bumper but it is a bit fiddly..

Major pain in the backside is the bottom grill!

well sort of..try to pull 1 side out first...i've done it twice so it is doable...patience is the key

patience is my middle name haha yeah right id end up smashing it out with a hammer haha think i'll leave the bottom one for the time being... thanks for the advice though much appreciated
