Fixed bucket seats and standard belt??

Hi guys, I want to fit a fixed bucket to my Clio, however I want to retain my stand interior aside from this. I'm basically just looking for a better driving position and more comfot but able to bring the Mrs and little man for a spin sometimes.

Can this be done/it it functional?
