Fitting 4-Point harness help

Hi Guys,
So I recently got a cage into my RS200, and now wanting to install harnesses. I've looked around a bit on the forum, and I've seen people recommend these: 'https://www.msar.co.uk/harness-fittings/schroth-b23a-harness-clip-kit.html' as mounting point for the lap belts.
So with these installed, do you have to put a spreader plate on the back of the tunnel (Where I'm planning on mounting the harness clip) when installing these? I'm sure you do but I thought that it would be worth asking.
These are the spreader plates I have seen, are these okay to use? https://www.msar.co.uk/harness-fittings/schroth-harness-eye-bolt-back-plates.html

Thanks! First time installing harnesses so any advice would be great.
Thanks.

They’re a good little design them. I just used conventional eye bolts.

You’ll 100% need spreaders though. Mine are mounted through the floor on one side, the the exhaust tunnel on the other. Plenty of room to do as you please.

Mines fitted exactly the same with an eye bolt in the exhaust tunnel with a spreader plate.

Thanks for the replies guys, what length eye bolt did you use? I can see there's lots of different thread lengths with 22, 23, 32, 38 and 50mm available. I assume the standard 22mm length will be okay?
