Engine honking noise when cold

Hey. My 2012 Clio 200 has started making a honking noise in start up. It usually goes away after a few miles.

I've made a video of it

Any ideas what could be causing it?

I have found a similar video on YouTube which suggests it might be a broken exhaust flexi pipe, but the manifold flexi on my car looks fine to me on visual inspection.
