Drain Abs fluid

What that mean and how it done?
How is it different from "regular" brake fluid drain( calliper each time a time and soack from fluid container)

I was wondering what they were talking about
For me full brake fluid drain means=drain each calliper + the filling bottle +optional clutch bleed . Thats what i consider to "fully drain"
