Door shut stickers

anybody know how or where i can get the drivers side door frame sticker from... see photo. Thanks

Never purchased one but have heard before it's a main dealer request direct from factory.

I remember having to fill in forms then get the police is sign it after that Renault can sell you the sticker happens a lot with Renault traffics etc. the seat belt buckle or badly closing door breaks the surface of the sticker water gets behind it and its gone. MOT needs the sticker van wise because weights etc. are on it.

Cant imagine the police wanting to help much with them being stretched so thin! Will nip into my local renault dealers. Thanks for the replys guys!

Na its some kind of DVLA paperwork it's to stop people cloning cars I think it's to confirm the original identity of the car so Renault can go ahead and reproduce another ID sticker sure ring the dealer or Renault UK and get the official procedure but if you get one reproduced by some sticker man and a buyer see's something is not right font size or whatever they will run a mile I know I would.
