Delipped and polished throttle body

What are the gains of doing this? Is there much work involved? How much would it cost to have done?

slightly better throttle response is the gains youll be getting, its not that hard to do your self, i used a dremel to get most of the lip out the used different grades of wet and dry paper to get the throttle body all smooth and shiney, its not a big difference but everything helps,
