Dealer part only?

I'll start with an apology as I don't know what the part is actually called! It's an arm that is connected to track rod end! (If it helps, when the car is jacked up on front near side I can wobble the wheel from side to side a bit!)
local motor factors ran my reg plate and have me this part. It's wrong! It's too short!
Its for an r27 clio - can anyone advise if these are dealer parts only?

Just remembered its the rack arm

Most people call them drumsticks, but the technical term is inner track rod or steering rod. Couldn't tell you if they are genuine only, I wouldn't of imagined so.
