Dashboard Removal

Is there a ‘how to’ guide to remove the dashboard? I need it out prior to roll cage fit and paint and I’d rather not break anything.

Just to answer my own post and to give the answer for someone else in case they perform the same search, I found this on YouTube. It's not in English and it's LHD but that doesn't matter as it's easy enough to follow along with the principles:

Good video keep up the good work it's a job I need to do in the near future as I am going to retrofit climate control I think I can do it by retrofitting the electric flap motors to the heater box just need to wait for better weather.
