Cutting out at high revs.

Hi,I have an issue with my Clio where it cuts out at high revs, the engine light comes on for a few seconds and the traction light as well.

If I rev it slowly it doesn't typically do it,I made a video below while parked up but it also does it almost all of the time when driving too, usually from 3rd gear up,I just replaced the crank sensor and that didn't fix it, pretty much replaced all of the sensors In the last months, only left pre cat lambda and fuel pump now.
Spark plugs and the 4 coil packs are only a few months old.

This started happening maybe a few months back where I noticed the engine cutting out on the motorway just a few times but only yesterday got much worse.

Also no fault codes are showing which is really annoying.
I cant even use my diagnostic on data stream because when this happens it cuts the connection and I loose all the values and need to go trough the connection process from the start.

Hoping that someone could point me in the right direction, thank you

I replaced the alternator about 2 months ago with a Starline one from euro car parts.
I noticed when this happens the alternator stops charging and it takes a few moments for it to go back to 14volts but it does feel like the engine shuts off for a second when the engine light comes on,so thought it will be this to cause the effect and not the alternator to be the cause,I still have the original alternator that I could try fitting back.

Have you looked at the throttle body and pedal connections and the plug to the ECU? From memory I think the engine will cut out like this if the ECU thinks it has lost connection with either.

Is this supposed to be wide open throttle? lol,it says full and 86% on my diag but the throttle body doesn't open anymore than this, this is just with the ignition on.
