Clio3 : Wipers only work in full speed

Hello
My wife´s clio3 start playing. Only mode how you can operate wipers are max speed.
Do you know is it stalk or motor which is the problem? Drains are clean, motor is not under water.
I can get new valeo motor from my local motor part supplier approx 50£ which is not bad.

Strange. I took motor connector off 2 times. There was only +12v in 1 pin.
I wiggled it and put it back, now all works fine..

What a hell..
