Clio R3 Airbox question

Hi!

I have a question regarding Clio R3 Airbox... Firstly, please see attached picture.
Then, the question is:
- No 2 from what I know so far is Intake Air Temp sensor hole
but
- No 1... what is this for ?

It’s the breather tube mate for feeding the oil vapours back into the inlet system to be re burnt.

Should I connect something to it or leave unconnected...?

You can connect it up to the breather system, or leave the original pipe connected up to near the throttle body and blank the one on the airbox.

I blanked the one near the throttle body off and ran it from the elbow off the cam cover to the airbox.
