Hey guys, i've been thinking about decatting the 200. Would it pass an MOT if i remove the precat?? And is there any side effects of doing this? I just fancy doing it because everyone says they pop & bang like hell then!

I got my k-tec pro performance de catted and found it let the car rev a good bit easyer down the revs, making it get to the sweet spot quicker, also let's out some bangs and pops which scare kids as they walk!
Yes mate it will pass an mot with the decat pipe fitted. If your running the standard exhaust you will maybe notice a small difference with climbing the revs easier and possibly a small flat spot at around 2250rpm, doubt you will get any pops or bangs with the standard system you will need an aftermarket one for that but it's worth doing anyway!
