Clio 197 Fuel injection hose is leaking

Hi.

In the middel of road I start to smell fuel from my vents, I stopped in the side way and I went to check what going on under my hood.
I noticed that the Fuel injection hose is leaking.
I was looking for this hose in all the internet and wasn't find it, I'll be happy for help for this issue.
