With all the issues currently going on with Mallory and other tracks with noise limits etc they must be out of they're mind. I know they're only artists impressions but there are houses within shot of picture 4. Within that group of house will be NIMBYs who will hear cars all day long, complain, cause there to be track restrictions and it'll be a failed venture.

I hate to be negative and really hope that I'm wrong as it's great to see a new track just the way of the world unfortunately
