Chemical Guys V36/V38/V07

Had a few swirls on my roof that have been irritating me so I went at them today with my DA teamed up with some Chemical Guys stuff

Quick wash was all that was needed as it was clayed on sunday.

First pass with V36 with a hex logic green pad

Second pass was with V38 with hex logic white pad

This got rid of 95% of the swirl so I was rather happy with that.

I protected finish with a coat of V07 hybrid sealant







Now just need to do the rest of the car.....lol

Looks great! Been thinking about getting the CG compounds myself. Only recently got a DAS6 Pro and so far I've only used Prima Amigo with green/white/black hex-logic pads. Great fill, but not any correction. Worth it then?

Also have the CG microfibres - love them

I was tempted to use the orange or even yellow pad but the correction I nneeded was minor so the green and white was fine

Have to say I'm not hugely taken by filling the swirls in. I much.prefer eliminating them

If the defects would have been more severe I would have got the v34 out.

Thank God I have a storm grey Clio. Shows up next to nothing
