'Check' Steering + 'Check ESP'

Tearing my hair out at the moment, dashboard displayed both 'Check' Steering + 'Check ESP'. Got it diagnosed on Renault CLIP.

Problem detected with the driver airbag/ribbon. Checked steering angle sensor and top is showing '0.0' and looks to be working correctly.

Ordered a new squib/ribbon module from Renault. CLIP also showed that the ABS unit thinks that the steering angle is 990.0 degrees.

Part should arrive tomorrow, so I'm hoping to have it fitted and calibrated, but can't help but worry about the ABS fault. . .

Anyone experienced similar? :huh:
