Car struggles to accelerate when turned on

does anyone know what this could be. I turn my car on let it warm for 5 mins. After I start driving I try accelerate but it’s makes noise and doesn’t allow after I swap gears it fine and then happens again. This happens for first 10 mins of driving then it’s fine

It's the cold map, they all do it (worse some days due to the day and temp etc) some people have had maps and this helped limit it / sort it completely.

I assume you've had some mods to exhaust?
