CAM POSITION SENSOR

Can anyone advise please,

Had loss of high rev power as if the VVT is not operating as it should.

I have checked and tested the vvt solenoid and cleaned.

Car drove as it should stopped for 10 minutes and then loss of power again.

Now looking at the cam position sensor, does anyone no what reading in ohms should read across terminals 1 and 2 ?? I'm getting 100 ohms ??
