i have clio 197, and i want to get a new brake pads for my car
What it better? the orginal pads- brembo or ferodo?
and maybe someone know a good shope store in berlin for buy this parts?

Depends if you going on Track with it. I‘m running Ferodo DS1.11 Pads on Standard Brembo Discs and I‘m totally happy with this Setup. But for Road use only it is I think a Little Bit too much.

Ferodo DS1.11 Pads are a good choice or ds2500..

.....or even Mintex M1144’s as a halfway house of a worthwhile upgrade over standard without breaking the bank. Great for road use.
