Black 197 abandoned at Stirling services.

Just saw a black 197 reg TSK 580 at Stirling services. Looks abandoned. Looks as if it's been there a while aswell. Soft tyres etc. anyone on here??

It's insured could still be in use but the tax ran out in June last year but not sorn'd, classed as unlicensed.

930 tech it's at Stirling services in central scotland. Tempted to go ask someone what the script is with it.
