Best Spacers?

Hi,

Wondering what the best spacers that are reasonably cheap are?
And that wont affect the handling badly cause i need it really to stay the same! no motorway driving for me!

^^ Heres some I was looking at, but 20mm is probably one of the wider options when it comes to spacers. So if there gonna affect handling it'll be these. Lots of people running 16 or 20mm spacers claim they're fine.

Yeah i saw these on a post and was interested and good price but need to know handling wise because it'll affect me! and do eibach do some?
