Best rapid detailer, insect remover and drying cloth?

Chemical guys bug and tar wash is the best bug remover I used. Do believe I reviewed it in this section before also.

for or drying any good quality plush microfibre drying towel should be good to dry.

Drying Cloth I've a Auto Finesse fantastic just wash it when new

As above.

Any quality drying towel will mop the whole car in minutes (Probably without wringing out) - meaning no dried on water marks. Important on a black car !

And as mentioned you need to wash the towel before first use - most people use non-biological washing liquid. Stops linting, gets rid of excess fluff etc. I've got similiar from another specialist detailing company and its fantastic. Makes light work of the most laborious part of cleaning your car imo.....

For a quick detailer - there is only one. Ive tried them all.....and this outshines (Pun intended !) everything else for finish, longevity, brilliant beading and supreme ease of use.

I quite like AG rapid detailer. Smells nice, leaves a nice shine on a black car, and when you use it on the windscreen it works a bit like Rain-x. Leaves decent beading on the paintwork too.

Auto Glym rapid detailer is good, as said, smells nice too. Auto Finesse citrus power is good for bugs etc.

Great shout on the Sonax stuff, used their Polymer Netshield which is excellent. £4.89 delivered from EuroCar Parts!

Impossible you say? Pah...
This morning I used Meguiars Wash & Wax, dried off with their water magnet and then a coating of Quik Wax just for good measure.
Just make sure you get some decent microfibre cloths!

I have tried that rainex and loved it until I tried to use my windscreen wipers and it kept screeching....

Tried this stuff out yesterday.
Rained overnight and have to say the water beading on car was incredible.
Wasnt as nice to put on as Autoglym Rapid Detailer and not as silky a finish but no doubt a quality product.
Cheers

From my experience - best finish, easiest application etc - comes from using very little product......

Another one here for Autlgym Rapid Detailed.

Autofineese Citrus Power is also good as it should not strip polish/wax off your car and its a good APC.

Adam_c is on the ball Autofinesse citrus power is superb at removing the bugs (three white cars in my house...) its expensive, but does the job well. Drying cloth there is only one for me Microfibre madness dry me crazy love mine!. Regards QD depends what you want from it really as suggested the Sonax BSD is great and gives an amazing beading and its quite cheap from Euro parts, if you just want the just waxed look and add no extra protection I can really recommend Obsession wax Montan gloss, really good finish and super easy to use.

Digging this topic back up guys.....

The Sonax BSD QD spray i use and have spread the word on; was and still is highly rated and used on Detailing World.

Its easy to use, looks great, beads fantastic and last very well. Perhaps i should leave it there and stop searching for something 'better' !

However i would say its a bit 'grabby' to use and can feel a little less than perfectly slick afterwards. I think the grabby-ness also means that although looks and protection are spot on: I'm sure more dirt clings to my car than would with others......

A few people from Detailing World began to mix it up 50/50 with other QD wax sprays to take the best from two different brands.ie: The protection and shine from the Sonax - but the slick feel from something else.

Anyone ever had any issues mixing them up ? Autoglym as a first try ?
