Awful finish on new cup spoiler - this normal?

I've just received a new Cup spoiler from the Renault dealer within our motor group. As far as I'm aware this came direct from Renault, and took a couple of days to arrive. No opened packaging or old order stickers.

Ive opened it up and it looks awful! Covered in pigtails, scuffs and marks. Nothing that a good body shop can't sort.

I'm just curious if they are all like this? Im assuming they are just finishing marks from the moulding process, but if they shouldn't come like this I'll be returning and ordering another!

Sounds exactly the same as mine turned up. Seen a few others say similar things so woul'd assume it's normal. Looks fine once painted though

Yeah that's normal I believe.

Yep and two years time, the fins will be nearly bald. Not to mention it will start to sag in the middle.

Mine was rough like that from Renault but it's been on there 4 years now and no sagging.
