Auto Wipers reset

Does anybody know how to reset the auto wipers as mine seem to be on all the time when in position 1 intermediate .

Full up is off.
First click is auto with the twist adjuster adjusting the sensitivity of the wipers to rain.
Next click is on (slow).
And final click is on (fast).

I keep mine off and use a windscreen sealant, much better.

Not quite sure by what you mean re-set them though.

Might be a silly question, but have you definately got auto wipers?

my windscreen auto wipers dont seem to be working :/ i have had it on setting B or 2nd one down now for 3 days and its rained but no they dont come on, even with sensitivity turned right up, the windscreen has not been clayed, polished and sealed yet as havent had chance, could the dirty glass be causing it not to work?

try resetting when it rain, ie when you first turn the car on, pull the stalk to the top so there off then back down one.

Check you sensor pad is still against the screen. If that falls off they stop working. It's right in the middle behind the rear view mirror. Pain in the behind to get it restuck if the glue pad gives up.
