Aftermarket headunit + Tom Tom which lead ?

I have factory fitted Tom Tom and went to fit my alpine headunit today but there doesn't seem to be any power going to the headunit? Do I need to purchase a different iso due to the Tom Tom as I have three connections on th back of the factory headunit.
i have tried searching for the information and no joy.
