The only disease is manual shifting in sport mode and enjoying the pops on the up shift.
No faults so far, absolutely love mine. I’m sure @CallorFold is of the same opinion.

No problems for me so far  Probably getting close to 4 months ownership now (PH2 Trophy) - blimey that's flown by!

As @Micah will tell you, getting the mid silencer chopped out opens up a considerably more addictive range of sounds so I'm glad I jumped on that mod right away.

    - 5 door has come in handy on a few occasions
    - boot space is great
    - interior is much nicer than my old 197
    - cruising is quieter, far better insulation
    - fuel economy is better (circa 20% improvement over my 197)
    - love the auto (more than I ever thought I would, I'm certain I'll actively look for an auto when replacement time comes)
    - suspension is considerably more comfortable than my 197 (non-cup) yet there's far less body roll
    - the LED headlights are sensational at night

    Only negatives I can come up with;
    - cup holders are still annoyingly small as with the MK3's
    - still get one or two buzzy sounds when up in the rev range, although still nothing like my 197
    - the "wheel skip" on full lock when manoeuvring can be a little unnerving but it's not a fault

Unaware of any 'common faults' with these - even the 200T/220/Trophy Facebook group who are very active rarely seem to post of any mechanical woes, they seem pretty well sorted. I think some of the early 200's had some gearbox niggles, but from what I've read most have been sorted after a software update from Renault.

    Thanks fellas
Do you know if the new gearbox software that is in the trophy can be installed on early models 2013-14(normal rs/cup) and get the same fast shifting ?

There are gearbox software updates available from Renault, although I'm honestly not sure how this affects the shifting speed. I'm not sure if it just closes the gap, or makes them identical.

The pre-facelift Trophy's were, but now they're as common as finding plastic on a beach.

Paperwork/Reg I suppose. The Phase 2 Trophy is certainly more easy to pick out of a lineup than the first Gen Trophy with it's updated wheels, front RS fog lights, Pilot SuperSports and I think some small interior changes too such as seats and gear knob/surround.

Mine is base-spec Trophy, so comes quite well spec'd, but doesn't have the RS Monitor, Akra Exhaust or Trophy full Leather seats. The RS monitor is basically software built into the infotainment display. It contains all sorts of telemetry information, oil pressure, temp, 0-60 times, that sort of stuff. There's also a few configurable settings such as keeping the steering in 'Sport' which adds some weight to it. Without the RS Monitor the steering is fairly light in normal, and weightier in sport but cannot be changed unless the driving mode is changed. There's probably a bunch of other bits it does too, pretty sure @Micah has it so he might be able to give a more useful insight. One thing to be aware of, it cannot be after-market added. Sensors required are added at the factory so if the car wasn't spec'd with it when built, you wont get it.

In my opinion, Monitor isn't a necessity. It's now useful for going on track post-map so I can keep an eye on intake temps but I pay more attention to what's out of the windscreen than the centre console. You can always buy an OBD2 reader and use an Android device to get the same kind of thing. Just a bit gimmicky really. Might help with resale value, perhaps.
I didn't actually remember that I'd set the steering weight, so I suppose that's the only redeeming feature.
