2 Pistons needed.

I have posted this in the engine section as well, but basically hairline cracks have been discovered on the lands between piston rings grooves of two pistons in my engine. Renault appear to not want to sell pistons and so I need two.
Does anyone have a pair of pistons surplus to requirements? The casting number is 1062.7
