I've just been under the car and I noticed I had blue and orange marks on the rear springs. However the dampers do not have the orange dots. I checked the front and the springs have blue and green marks.

So I'm a tad confused as to what I'm running. Have I somehow got standard dampers and front springs with cup rear springs??

The orange dot in the damper is a sticker, so it's very likely that its come undone.

Saying that, it does sound as though you are running standard rear shocks with cup springs and a standard front set up.... Have you owned the car from new?
